Artist Bio

Mykayla Fitzpatrick describes her style as contemporary impressionism - using modern mediums, such as acrylic, spray paint, and ballpoint, in conjunction with unconventional canvases, like vinyl records and picture frames, she accentuates the beauty in the ordinary through reinvention. A firm believer that art transcends all, she loves to see the unique responses and emotions that impressionism evokes in each viewer. As a singer and performer, she loves to paint her interpretation of various pieces of music before she sings them, as well as to participate in concerts as a live painter. Inspired by the beautiful landscapes in Colorado, she often uses the imagery of the flora and fauna of her home state. An avid digital artist as well, she has been the principal graphic designer for Art Song Colorado since 2024, and has been recently featured as a Inspiring Story in the VoyageDenver magazine (2026).
